addons not working

i installed the entire RTB archive a while ago. this is 900+ mb of addons. when i went to start BL, none of them would show up in the addons select screen. this is still going on.

if someone can help me, or even possibly zip their addons folder to send to me so i can have some working goddamn addons, that'd be great.

Do all of the add-ons have numbers after them? Add-ons won't show up if they have a number in the title...
