Well, its kinda hard to discuss happy times when it comes to illness.

I don't have any mental illnesses, but I think legally I'm classified as disabled since I have severe Tourette's, OCD, and Aspergers. I was on medication for many years for my Tourette's to control my twitching (Clonidine) and it did absolutely nothing beside making me feel like a zombie and sleeping all day. I am now medication free and have been for the past 3 months and my twitches are still the same with or without the medications. It really shows how for some people medications work more than on others. Also for all of you battling your condition/condition(s): best of luck!

This forums community tends to be better than my towns community.

Those are all considered mental illnesses. :v

well to be fair, I'm 99% sure I'm going to elect to not have children to avoid passing on anything I've got, which I'm sure some of you are thrilled about lol

In case you guys didn't realize that post is 100% satire

was mental illness awareness month inspired by betelgeuse
yes

I really wish the word about getting diagnosed with mental problems could get spread. Most people are like "but its just all in your head, you don't need medicine" and that's a harmful thing.
