So this happened at my college a few days ago. Here at ASU we have a bunch of Christian nut jobs who preach hate speech and call on random girls walking by for being sluts and that they are going to hell. So this kid goes crazy and attacks the preacher LMAO. What's funny is the guys sign wasn't even that offensive compared to some of the stuff I have seen here hah.

I'm not one to support religion, but that preacher is chill as forget. This kid runs up and attacks him and he's yelling at his goon to let him go. I see this video as a massive hit to the public image of gay rights activists.

I don't think you understand how public perception works. People automatically associate singles with the whole. If a Republican says "I hate gays" in a debate, the outcry will say that republicans hate gays. If a gay rights activist freaks out like this, people perceive the movement as such. It's part of human nature.

I'm actually just speculating, I have very weak opinions on social issues.
