Theres even a ay  to do REAL Ligths which glow.

I think its trying to communicate!

There is a way to have cars with REAL lights that actually glow.
There's a vehicle that seems to have something similar to that flashlight add-on in the front to make it have a light function.

Edit: If you need an actual 3d reference you could use the Stilletto from Saints Row 2.
