Author Topic: apple is prob. goin to buy beats..  (Read 5701 times)

Just another fine example of why Apple is going to fail in the future.
that's just the opposite

Beats make stylish headphones that people want to wear in public, no one who cares about what they look like wants to wear your "$50 studio quality ACH-90 whatever the forget" headphones in public lol. Fashion sells, probably not a thing most people in this thread are familiar with.
why don't you buy a $20 pair of chinese knockoffs if you don't care about sound? because headphones TOTALLY weren't made sound good and provide a favorable listening experience.

dumbass.

dumbass.

Fashion does sell though, but people who buy it for that are stupid.

Gonna be tough when they're sitting on $160billion cash lol, that's pretty much double America's cash balance.

People who buy design over quality cos they care about how they look are stupid? Ok lol...

as i said before, buy a loving $20 knockoff pair if you don't care about sound

They should be thinking about their own experience, not others'

by others' experience i mean just seeing the headphones. It's not like everyone is gonna talk to you because you have these headphones on, so it's for bust anyway.

Same reason why people buy designer clothes lol, all these markets are worth trillions of dollars yet the people buying the products are stupid? Some misguided opinions up in here.

Overpriced-Computer Co. is going to buy Overpriced-Headphones Co.

It's similar to buying a Versace t-shirt for $400. It's not that the t-shirt is the highest quality most comfortable t-shirt you've ever worn, it's that people will notice it's Versace and respect you for it. You might be able to get a 'higher quality' t-shirt from wal-mart, but it just doesn't have that same effect.

People /do/ buy knock-offs. The thing is, no self-respecting person that likes fashion will feel comfortable wearing a knockoff. It's like lying about yourself, it feels wrong.

Yeah exactly this, would NEVER buy a knock-off.

you're missing the point. headphones were made to sound good, not to be an accessory.

I find it funny how the average person who purchases more than one Apple product per year, has an I.Q. of less than 110.

And the company who redefined them to be fashion accessories takes $1.4 billion a year doing it, genius!

lol what?

first of all, where'd you get this from? your brown town cavities?

and second of all, IQ doesn't really mean anything. Steven Hawking himself said once:

What is your I.Q.?

"I have no idea. People who boast about their I.Q. are losers."
