Everything from Final Cut Pro to Windows Movie Maker could probably do this. I just wouldn't know how.

AVS did this. It was a pain in the ass to figure out how but it can do it.

I use Sony Vegas but yeah I'm sure even a free movie maker on your computer would let you do that.

Seriously. Just use Windows Movie Maker. I dislike that program, but it's free (default on most Windows OSes) and can do what you're asking.
