I just think it's ironic how the concept of land ownership works. One day a civilization would be living somewhere, then fifty years later another one is erected in its place. Didn't mean to imply anything like that, sorry. Anyway, who are we to say who has a right to be wherever, it's up to the victors of history to decide that. Much of modern day South West America was acquired because of stupid visions of glory and manifest destiny, and although many people don't realize it, we are living on land that was invaded, conquered, and even stolen. Don't get me wrong, I love the USA, but that doesn't mean I have to shrug off the crimes this country has committed in the name of blind nationalism.

I'm sorry but first of all, how many major countries can you think of that weren't formed in this manner. Secondly, using the word "crime" to describe conquest is very pompous, I will accept the term bloodshed, or violent; but crime is an ambiguous and morality based term. As nice as it is to pretend we live in a world where pushing the little people out of the way of progress is frowned upon, that's just how things work.
At any rate, deport all illegal immigrants, no exceptions, no rights, get out of the country and come to the US like the rest of the civilized world. They didn't fight two world wars, countless arrays of natives, British, Spanish and other folk just to have random countries thinking they can just cash in on the nation's successes without even trying to do it the way that the US politely asks that you do so.

People don't regard it as one because the UN and US don't either, all because of foreign interests. If conquest is so justified in your eyes, would you be cool if the natives came back and reconquered America? If it ultimately leads to progress, I assume it is fine with you. I on the other hand still have a little human compassion in me, and regard progress that stems from the deaths of countless lives as a crime. Crime may be a term of morality, but morality is all humanity has to keep chaos at bay.

America's immigration is nothing compared to England's. Look at it, there's a large amount of people from Africa, India, Pakistan, Poland and some other country's that I don't know. England is not England anymore its being taken over and I am not trying to be tribal but sometimes the reason for immigration is because some country's look at the problems their having such as wars, crime, etc. Lots more crime happens in England as well, its just not England anymore.

My stance is that many things should change. The illegals here are generally dirt poor and work harder than anyone I have ever seen. Here in Arizona, I have never seen one Mexican born beggar on the streets, only American. I love how  people think they come to this country expecting free money. Illegals pay taxes every time they buy something. They pay taxes on the homes that they buy and rent. "The Social Security Administration estimates that half to three-quarters of undocumented immigrants pay federal, state and local taxes, including $6 billion to $7 billion in Social Security taxes for benefits they will never get. They can receive schooling and emergency medical care, but not welfare or food stamps." Some "leeches" they are huh. The biggest problem is our flawed immigration system here in America. Do you realize how long it takes to acquire a green card to get into this country? For my uncle who is Jordanian it took over 8 years. I heard its even worse for Mexicans. Forgive the Mexicans for trying to find a better life in a country that was originally theirs hundreds of years ago.
