My stance is that it is illegal. Hence it being illegal immigration.
Illegal immigrants should be kicked out of the country they emigrate to.
If you want to join a country and get a better life then you go about that in a manner approved by that country's laws. If the laws of that country make it difficult for you to legally emigrate, then bad luck. You should find somewhere else.
Just because you are in a difficult situation that doesn't mean you can do as you please and illegally enter a country and you don't deserve sympathy if you do and are caught.
