in my experience, it usually covers most or all of the snake, as long as it's flaccid

the foreskin is there to protect the sensitivity of the head of the snake so you can essentially have love easier.  if you don't have a foreskin the head of the snake is all exposed to the outside world and if we didn't wear clothes, the head of the snake could be completely desensitized, preventing stimulation and stuff like that.  it's like if you didn't have eyelids your eyes would not be able to cover up.

anyways, the foreskin doesn't retract, but if you get an erection it doesn't expand with the rest of the snake, so it only looks like it retracts.

the foreskin is literally only there for your own protection and your own well-being, just like everything else in your body.  removing it is completely redundant and people are circumcised primarily for religious reasons, but i wouldn't doubt that there are a bunch of forgettards out there who remove it because they think it's bad.
