what Tablet should I save up for

well Im saving up for a tablet that I could use for multiple things, and IDK what to get yet, so maybe the fourms could help


I need a Tablet that can....

help me with my schoolwork (notes, record homework, list afterschool programs, ect)
I can play some games with (Flappy bird, Angry birds, you know like to pass time)
has social networks in the app store thingy (mostly like facebook/instagram)
I can record videos on

soo, got any ideas of what to save up for?

Windows Surface?
The only thing is, i dunno if it has cameras on the back. Im pretty sure it has one on the front though
