European elections are coming up, and while I don't know what that means at all, I'm worried about the prospects of groups like these having actual power of any sort.
What's scary about this is that some idiots actually vote for these people.

That said, I'd consider myself a nationalist.

Nationalism is a blight on humanity.

The only thing that should be associated with any specific person is their ability to lead, create, and/or think; their ideas and personality; and their judgement. Race, love, nationality, ethnicity, creed, etc; are all repugnant ways to judge people.

Extremes are blight, both right and left.

I disagree. If people didn't have sense of their nation, then we wouldn't have as much cultural diversity. Imagine if Japanese culture wasn't a thing and they were just part of the global culture. We'd probably miss out on a lot of games and stories from Japan - don't get me wrong, they could still produce great games, but not the same kind. Think of how different games would be today if not for Japanese games.

Of course, nationalism can be bad if taken to high levels, but in small amounts it's good for the world.

Nationalism and culture are two different things. Liking your customs and practicing your traditions is different than simply not wanting Mexicans, or Arabs, or Romanians, or Russians, etc to be in your country because you want your country to be full of people from your country.

Doesn't seem like it lol

Modern 'multiculturalism' and true cultural diversity are contradictory.
