I did it and it worked, you just have to name each .rar file the same.

but I like my 69GB of 4k research

1: Make room full of mirrors
2: Seal yourself in the room full of mirrors
3: Turn on flash light
4: Turn off flashlight
Light bounces off mirrors indefinitely.
INFINITE LIGHT!

1: Plug battery into a battery
Infinite electricity!

1: Hot air rises so drench yourself in gasoline
2: Ignite gasoline
You're surrounded by hot air! You jelly airplanes?

Gold doesn't corrode, therefore we should inject colloidal gold into our blood streams so drugs won't corrode our brains!

I once accidentally made a short circuit with batteries.
They melted the plastic container they were in, and nearly burned my fingers flinging the battery out.
Fun times.

Honey doesn't spoil.

You'd eventually hit a limit for compression, and there is no compression that can reduce the file size to 0.1% of it's original amount, or even 10% really for most files as far as I know.

I heard you can copy files over to another location instead of moving them

genius

It doesn't. You see; when winrar compresses your stuff into a rar file it compresses every last bit that it can, leaving no potential left for further compressing. Putting it in another rar would just increase the size.

Actually I tried this and managed to drop 532mb to 517mb by putting a rar into a rar. I don't know if it'll happen again though
