Ask a question by clicking the blue blinking doublesided ramp and it will drop a pinball on yes or no!
I asked the following
Am I gay? -No
Am I bad?-No
Am I good?-No
Then if i'm not good i'm bad?-No.
Am I beautiful?Yes.

(I assume) He's made a machine that shoots a projectile randomly at one out of two bricks. If it hit's one of the bricks, the chat prints "Bot: Yes" or whatever, and the other one prints no.

That is correct

announce(getrandom(1)?"Yes":"No");

so it's just a randomizer with centerprint events
that can easily be replaced with a ball-drop system
