My modem is down right now Actually, it may be a problem with the satellite cable running into the wall...

But anyway, in the event that I DO lose internet, I hop on to the alternate connection downstairs. If that's down too, I just go walk to the park or something.

Play Pac Man until I get bored then Pokemon or some other game I have lying around and check if the internet is back up. Otherwise, go to the park with a dog or two.

My internet used to cut out at odd hours of the night all the time, it would come back up before I finished calling my ISP though. But I would go through with the call to report it and their customer service usually has no weight time. But they would tell me every time that the connection had no down time and I was making it up. It confused me so much
