Pennsylvania begins using former Union forces and weapons. Plans to improve the weapons and armored vehicles are being pushed underway.
Plans for some of the former union tanks, planes, and boats are seized and are produced. Mustangs are being produced in plentiful amounts. The P-80 is being produced after being seized/scavenged from an abandoned FU research site.
NJ is persuaded to join Pennsylvania/2nd Union by a few gun points and a "diplomatic" talk issued by the NG marching across a bridge over the Delaware with 5,000 soldiers, 100 tanks, and 200 Mustangs towards Trenton at night. These actions had to be done because the fisherman said that the governor was thinking about the Russians and their sleek, yummy destroyers. Turned out this was a lie and the governor came outside with his beer and yelled, "We were planning to join the United States of the un-United States of America anyway."
