More food is being imported for Indiana as the bombing takes it's tool on the food processing industry. In addition, weapons production is cut by 1/3 due to Allied bombing. However gas, iron, and lumber production remains firm, with lumber and steel mills on the north peninsula remain relatively untouched by war. Despite this, Michigan is cut off from some of it's traditional iron sources in Illinois and institutes a state-wide recycling program to try and meet ends.

The Sherman Firefly, with a high velocity 76.2mm gun, will enter production in a month alongside the other tanks.
