The Ohio Government formulates an evacuation plan for the Toledo area. Civilians take shelter until the barrage is lifted.
The Government denounces Michigan for oppressing their peoples, and for turning their back on the United States and it's founding principles. Ohio promises Michigan's citizens unalienable freedoms, and asks them to take up arms against their tyrannical government.
