I'm at the mall right now and I found an apple store in it

And this iMac's screen is loving HUGE, IT'S 27 loving INCHES
I'm posting on it right now because there's internet :p

So far I don't like the wireless touchpad I have to use instead of a regular mouse, but I do like the fact that the touchpad and keyboard are wireless. That and the huge ass screen lol

BUT THE ONE THING I HATE ABOUT THIS THING IS IT COSTS ALMOST 2 GRAND
oh well, what did I expect from Apple, right?

*cue laugh track*

I have one of these from like '09. It's a dream, but I've got so much stuff on it it's kinda not as great. I still love it though.

iMac is nothing special, mine is going to be 6 years old this September.  Bought it in Sep. of 2008 when the aluminum bodies hit the market, was about 1600 after tax and all that jazz, it's only purpose was to do video and photo editing.

Yea they're expensive but I love retina display
And the design

forget how the stuff do you use an apple touchpad

oh my god, seriously? trackpads are terrible. why would a thousand dollar computer use them?

2 thousand
and yes they suck, but I'm trying to figure them out

You can get a HP Envy 27" for about the same price and significantly increased performance. Alternatively, you could just buy any computer for $800 and then add a 27" screen to it for about $100 - $500.

I hate trackpads with a vengeance. If I didn't have a trackpad I would probably have earned the Bloxxer achievement in Roblox.

I have a 2006 mac and I use it for photo/video editing and some steam games that don't run well on my windows computer

27 loving INCHES
jesus my eyes would explode if i was sitting right in front of that
it will be like that one scene in scanners

Not worth the extra 1k in my opinion.

It's essentially a high quality TV.

I'd get it if you could afford it, Apple computers really do the job and for me they've lasted longer than all my other computers. I've had all types of PC's including Dell's and the longest I have had one for was about 4 and a half years. While my Mac's have all lasted more than 7 years. In my opinion, money really does buy quality.

not if you're a gamer then it gets useless to you after 4

I'm a pretty basic gamer, I don't play much. I admit PC is far better for gaming, but I use my Mac mostly for Internet browsing, video and film editing, music creating, and for all school-related things. I can always have something on the side for gaming.
