Help with my computer

I need some help with my computer.
I use a USB Wifi dongle to connect to the internet, the Belkin N150.

But, I'm having an issue.
Every now and then, my computer randomly disconnects from the internet but not the router.
It happens more often when I download stuff, like steam games.
My router is a Netgear Nighthawk R7000.
Can anyone help me with this?

EDIT: All other computers in our house connect fine.

In all seriousness, that is likely the source of the problem. USBs aren't a good way of connecting to the Internet as far as I know, or at least, they shouldn't the mainstay method of doing so.

I recommend buying a wireless network adapter or, if it is more economical, having a line put in the room your computer is in.

I ran into the issue where my computer didn't have a wirelss network adapter, and it actually cost less to have a line out in my room.

I've been using the same 10 dollar belkin usb dongle to connect to the internet since I was 12. I can't remember ever having any issues with it.

Some people don't want to run ethernet cables through their walls or across their floors when they can use a wifi adapter just fine.
