Nice job, I've always loved your brick packs. It seems though that the filler and normal pack are one and the same? The names and contents are the same.

I got yourt brickpack and filler brickpack, they seem to both have the same name (Brick_BlackDragonIV)

Actually. Not at all. None of their bricks over-lap. If you read the brick lists they are VERY different.

my regular brick pack finish the X by 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16.

And the filler brick pack fills in the X by, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15.

EDIT Ohh shoot! Aparently I linked a pack to the wrong download link! Fixing now!
