If I want them to use my add-on, I have to listen to their concerns, regardless of how irrational their concerns are.

Okay.

  • "Your add-on is going to take over my computer and send you my personal information!"
  • "Your add-on doesn't work! I opened Blockland and (thing that the add-on is supposed to do) happened!"
  • "I don't trust this add-on because it will overwrite my preferences!"
  • "You're just trying to steal our Blockland keys!"

Have fun.

Not that irrational. But implementing encryption would certainly make them want to use my add-on. I'll at least try.
And if I succeed in implementing T.E.A., it will help the community too.

lmao.

No one gives a forget about the encryption because it doesn't prevent build 'stealing' in the slightest. Someone can still just join the server and save the build.

I'm not going to insist on encryption if it doesn't work. I'll create the add-on regardless of if the algorithm works or not, but I will not insist on it.

But end users will. Because they're stupid.
You've got to be joking about this post here.

So not only are you bullstuffting but you're also calling the potential users stupid.

gg.

Why would you edit it?

If they are worried about build stealing, they are stupid. But regardless of how stupid they are, I want more downloads.
