Anti gravity tracks will be anti gravity the entire way through, and will not be a location based thing like in the new mario kart, is what I've been told, but you'd need it to be confirmed by Filipe.

I'd suggest you to wait to see how the model look like before you say that, let's just say that it will look like one of those f-zero vehicles, and yes being anti-gravity too
