I have no idea what to tell you then

Open start menu, search event viewer, open that up and open windows logs via arrow thingy, then select system. The one thats critical in the list probably caused it.

get blue screen viewer or something and look up the error code

Happens to me about 1-2 times a year.

AIs it possible to see if it happens again? I mean this just randomly happened, and the last time it did was 4 YEARS ago.

Looks like a power issue, you should probably replace the PSU.

I'd be on the safe side and replace your psu asap.

I get these when my computer doesn't properly turns on, like, you turn it on but a black screen stays there. so, I hold the turn on/off button and restart it. works fine most of the time.
