Author Topic: Diagon Alley, still work to be done.  (Read 1576 times)

Diagon alley is described in the books as a "narrow, cobbled street with many windows" with Gringotts always in view at the end of the street. I tried, to the best of my ability to give people a "crowded" and "town-centre like" view of the street. Of course, when this is filled with NPCs it'll feel much more crowded but for now please tell me how this can be improved. No ratings please just criticism. Gringotts is still to be done at the end of the street. Also note that the inside of the windows is terrible, I know that so please do not criticise that. It's being worked on.

Well here it is:

Use slightly less varying colours for the bricks. I'd use tones which are very close together but still noticeably different - Brown 5 to about 9 on Kaje's paint pack.

But it took ages to colour that.

I know but it has to be perfect. I've made the floor 5-9 now and it looks much nicer. Just for the walls now. Thanks Space!
