pcpartpicker is pretty much your friend here, it was mine whenever i (almost) built my desktop

here's a pretty good build i found with $600, includes 7 home premium and a cheap keyboard:

otherwise, just mess around with the options until you find something suitable

also, don't skimp out on your psu or case, you'll probably need to upgrade half of the parts by the end of this year's "next-gen revolution" in order to keep pace with all of these gtx titans going around

I would save up a little bit more. The cheaper you go, the sooner you'll have to upgrade again, so it really costs more in the long run.

Cheap and gaming hardware do not go together. Gaming rigs don't go for very cheap. If you find one that is cheap, it usually isn't a good rig.
