i have charter and my internet constantly wavers in and out
i was looking at my download speed on steam once, and i went from ~3mbps to 0bps in a few seconds.

depends on where you live because 10 minutes out of a major city i suffer from extremely lackluster internet speeds.

Yeah nothing can be truer than this. Fios is actually pretty good, but Comcast is literally the only cable provider in my town, and will be for the foreseeable future.
