i've seen cp ads on the lighter moderated 4chan boards before and i'm assuming they had a link in the image. so he could've just reported the link.

i was looking at research on my phone at the time, there isnt an adblocker on my phone so an ad redirected me to a website that had categories of what i was looking at (research, legal) and some other stuff thats not so legal

i dont know the legality of just looking at it, thats actually the reason i kept the email, just incase i got into some water i could use the email as proof that i didnt have the intentions of looking at it (time tables would show that i was one the website for probably less than a minute)
