you said that there is no point in going to a concert just for the sake of hearing instruments.

stuff did I spell it wrong, "a-ka-pell-a"
He didn't say that you handicap. What he's saying is why go to a concert just to hear yhe same stuff you will hear on YT, the only difference is the anime chick is projected on a god dann wall.

jesus loving christ glass calm the hell down

Man I've never seen a 13 year old kid get this angry just because someone has different interests than him.

Ok, so lady gagas and Hatsune Mikus Artpop tour has been going on for awhile now and well, I wanted to go to the Key arena in seattle to watch the concert but the best (as in cheap but good seats) tickets I could find were $100+ bucks and I didnt have enough money to buy one. Well the concert was supposed to be last wednesday (two days ago) but gaga got bronchitis so it was rescheduled to august 8th! So forget ya I have the money right now aso I just baught one ticket. Some of my freinds at work are going as well so it should be fun.

neat. i've listened to vocaloid and it surprised me back when lady gaga announced that she/her agents were in favor of it. she's one of the few pop artists i'll listen to though and i like vocaloid so it wouldn't surprise me if she likes the vocaloid sound herself.

So you can experience it with other people, with the light-shows, the loud music and the numinous feeling of it all.
Have you ever been to a concert or music festival and listened to live music on a stage?
It is completely different from listening/watching it at home. You get taken up into the whole atmosphere of it in a completely unique way, regardless of the band/performer.

You're only picking on this fact because it's got a holographic image playing as the singer.
People don't exactly question why anyone would, say, go and see the Red Hot Chili Peppers play live, when you can just watch them play on YouTube. But that's the equivalent of what you're getting at.

Sounds like it'll be great. I hope you thoroughly enjoy it!

I personally would probably prefer to see Lady Gaga, since I do like her music. Her eccentricity is a bit annoying, but I like her music enough to put up with it.

because its the coolest thing in the music world IMO.

can we have a hologram furry stripper next please?

The Who cannot be beaten.

All these guys need are their instruments and some really big speakers. They don't need a bunch of explosions and light shows.

this brother knows

i bet he doesn't even listen to field recordings of ice thawing
stuff, I'd listen to that just to hear the wind and stuff

thanks for being the only people who arent stuffing on me for liking something associated with weaboos.
also i kinda agree. Gagas music isnt that bad (i actually kinda liked the album ARTPOP) its just her eccentricity is too much for me to handle, she drives me away from her own music.
