me and my dad went to comcast to get rid of cable and phone today
came home to this:

so they did the exact opposite of what we asked
then me and my dad did a conference call to fix this situation we shouldnt have been in the first place
they hung up on us

i think they're finally stepping up their game because google fiber is starting to move in on areas that comcast and other companies have holds on already

Right now the fastest internet speed I can get is 20Mbps. That's fast, but nowhere near as fast as in other states with the same ISP.

i got 80mb upload and download with 1 server around my area when trying speedtest.net and then i got 2mb/s download and upload with another server

i am not sure it's completely accurate in the UK, i may be wrong tho

my ISP guarantees me to get a 70mb/s upload and download speed though, even though that never is used to that extent because wireless connections and the server i'm getting a file off might have a limit
