How do I add/edit a welcome message to my server?

I haven't played Blockland in, like, a year so I forgot how to do most things. Could someone tell me how to add or edit a welcome message onto my server?

Type /colortest in the server when you're an admin, a list of numbers will come up and if you put \c before the number any text after will be that color.

The default message is green, but if no color is defined in the variable, it's red.
