It depends on how much the game is selling. If the scenario states that he IS going to sell it, the price will change depending on the amount of sales. If he is still getting a lot of sales, he will sell it for more. However, if there are very little sales, he will sell it for less.

That said I'd appraise Blockland around 350,000$ to 450,000$ maximum.
This is due to three main factors:

• Assuming that Blockland really has made Badspot roughly 750,000$, this has been just over 100,000$ a year. If you're paying for 5 years profit at this rate, its worth about half a million dollars.
• The amount of new players on Blockland may be decreasing. (especially if the owner switches and there are no updates)
• The new owner would have to maintain the servers at his cost. I'm going to include the forums in this.
