Let's look at this little snippet. He says he's built like a 14 year old. Now, human beings aren't manufactured, but we often use the term "built like" to mean "have the appearance of". Meaning he is saying he looks like a 14 year old, despite not actually being 14.
As for his actual age, we can take a quick little peek at his profile and look at the "Age" part.
Of course, this isn't always correct, and people don't always give out accurate ages on this website, but I'd say a 19 year old signing up for research doesn't sound too far fetched.
