every time i click a hyperlink, my computer opens up a new page and its some random stuff i don't bother looking at. its annoying as forget and i don't know whats happening. help me

OP, download Malwarebytes; do a quick Google search.

Once it is open, go to settings and find something along the lines of "auto-check PUP" and make sure it does so.

Then do a quick scan. Check all of the unchecked boxes once it is done.

Then do remove viruses or something.
