Alcatraz is abusing the system to find out and track peoples locations in-order to later pass the information onto someone else later.

This is seriously wrong and needs to be stopped, it's stalking and invading other people's privacy.

Not to be dismissive, but it's not 'seriously wrong' and stop wording things with constant stops and dramatic endings. This happens on the internet all the time, and it isn't even precise.

Again, exactly what are they going to do with this information? The worst I've heard of is pizza.

You give it away every time you visit a website. Chat to someone online. Or send an email.
It's public info. And you can choose to opt out by not using the internet.
