A new format and some guiding
So then you're deciding to be part of the Administration Team? That's a good choice, but you better make your application meet the minimum standards in order for acceptance. Let's explore, shall we?
1.BL_ID: Your Blockland Identification number goes here, this will help us to get you in the Admin List. If you're gonna use a different BL_ID, that's a different story. Failure to show a Blockland Identification will result in an instant denial.
2.In Game Name: Your name in the game goes here, this will help us identify you easily. If we cannot identify your name or supposing you had a name change, we can still investigate your BL_ID. Again, with the different BL_ID, but there's a low chance that we'll believe that it's you. Failure to correctly file your name in will lower your chances of being accepted.
3.Why do you choose to become an Admin?: Include at least 3 sentences of explanation why you should be in our Administration Team. This is the most important part in your application so make it count! The more in quantity and quality, the better chances that you'll be accepted. Do not attempt to make this like someone done a lazy typing, it wont satisfy our eyes. Failure to add an explanation will result in an instant denial.
4.What will you contribute to the server?: Similar to the above, but mainly focused on your operation and what do you do. Include at least 2 sentences of explanation. We let you fill this in to determine whether or not your fashion of administrating will suit the server. Failure to add your willings of contribution to the server will result in an instant denial.
5.What servers did you administrated before?: Include at least 2 different servers you had administrated in before. We judge this part by server recognition. Failure to list the servers you administrated before will lower your chances of being accepted.

3. Try not to make this part short. It is the most important part in your application, otherwise you're swamped. Attempt to place effort in your words.
4. Don't make this part sound too simple and generic. Your explanation needs to touch us to enable us to recognize you as a one-of-a-kind player.
5. Be sure to list the servers that you administrated before, that helps us find out the servers you helped based on quantity and quality.
Judging:
Each of us will rate part 3-5 by writing out a score of 0-100/100%. We will add the total for each part and divide it by the number of participants in a session. Once we did it for the other parts, we add the totals and divide it by three to get the final score. If your score ranges from 75-100%, you're in our team.
We recommend you to follow these two simple terms before you write your application:
-It is not a joke; Don't clown around with applications, because that will encourage us to ignore your future applications.
-Don't make it sloppy; We won't attempt to read a crumpled ball of text and deny it with no doubt.
