Have you ever actually smoked pot before? Because anytime I see someone say they feel high from something that's not a drug they've never done drugs before. I'm pretty sure that's the case here.

To use this effectively you have to be in a quiet environment, so no TV's on
then you have to place a clothe of a towel on your eyes to make it dark
then play the sound, lay down, and relax
