tillamook makes some bomb ass cheese

i hate processed cheese
like that artificial stuff they put in slices and it tastes like plastic with a cheese aftertaste

And my mom gives me crap for it and doesn't understand why i say it's not real cheese

I don't eat alot of cheese, especially by itself, but I love Mozzarella sticks and Mac and Cheese.

My parents know that I only care for quality cheese and they get me the slices instead of the processed kind

I DON'T USUALLY EAT AGED BUT I LIKE IT ON CRACKERS BECAUSE OF THE RICH FLAVOUR TEXTURE

OT: Aged blue cheese for burgers and by it self or with crackers, Swiss is sorta good, Guda cheese is awsome,Philidelphia Cream Cheese is good, and Pepperjack

im not lactose intolerant but i think cheese is bloody vile

Lactose intolerant people can eat some cheeses (the aged ones) perfectly fine because the bacteria in it eat all the lactose.


Parmigiano, Mozzarella, Grana Padana, Brie, and Cheddar are my favourites.

Gorgonzola is pretty horrible.
