I carry my house. In seriousness though I don't carry anything unless it's a school day.

Whenever I leave the house: Phone, wallet, keys, usually a pencil, often loose change, and sometimes a nail clipper.

When I was in high school I used to carry a lot more writing utensils in my pocket (multiple pencils, pen, sharpie), and not so much the wallet or phone (the latter of which I didn't have).  I also had a multi-function tool thing that I can't seem to find anymore.  It had a small knife on it which one of my classmates pointed out could get me in trouble, until someone else pointed out that nobody cares if you carry a blade that freaking tiny.

If I'm at home though I'm pretty much empty of pocket.

Wallet (with a bunch of cards, keys, pendants, notes, money etc), phone, butter-menthols, video camera, passport, iPod, mini first-aid kit, pack of tissues, two lucky coins, mini eagle pendant, mini bioshock vigor bottle, handy 9-in-1 tool.

That's not even what I wear, just what I store in my pockets. I like to be prepared for anything.
