(note: by add-on databases I mean RTB add-ons)
Hello everyone!
I'm planning on creating an organized add-on database, similar to the one espio tried to create. I didn't really like some of his principals, and also I'm a decent web designer.
It's going to be similar to the existing add-on databases, except more organized and prettier.
Also, no, it's not going to be called RTB 2.0 or something, since I realize that RTB was great, and it would be insanely hard to even be on the same level as it using a website.
Okay, so now that's out of the way, I'm working on the website design. Later on, I'd need someone to help me with downloading things (preferably someone who is already running a rtb backup of their own). If we have time to be really ambitious, we will allow people to upload add-ons and the various members of the community will elect mod reviews (so, no four month wait times).
First thing is first, I'm designing the website. One of the things I need from you guys is a nice DOF screenshot that is pretty high-res (see:
http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=23604.0 ). Not much should be going on in the middle of the shot, since that is where I am going to put up the main bulk of the page, blocking the image.
