Can't Login to Steam

I haven't logged into Steam for a few months and of course, I forgot my password. I followed all the stuff it said to do until I got to the verification code step. It says Steam Support is supposed to email it to me but I haven't gotten it. Any suggestions?

Got this too once, apperently they changed my mail adress to my @gmail account.
It used to be on my @hotmail.

They don't hack servers, they're just guarded by passwords that require info taking surveys, and lots of annoyance, and what do you get?
