on this day 70 years ago was the famous Normandy landings.


anyone going to any memorial services? i was going to go to one but i'm ill today :(

Riddler could've drove back the allied invasion on d-day because he was in charge of the tank divisions or something, but he refused to be woken up so the generals couldn't send the tanks to normandy.

It may be blurry, but it's a photo of an old Wehrmacht soldier from WWII returning to Omaha Beach after the war

i find it pretty sad how he seems to be the only one of his type
