How do I install Slayer?

Hello. I am Jack92861. I don't think I will be active here, I'm too busy (and scared) to come here often.


I've had this problem for awhile. You see, I want to install Slayer in order to get the Super Creeper mod to work, but the download takes me to the RTB Forums, which, of course, is shut down. Therefore, I have no idea how to get any of the mods. I would GREATLY appreciate it if someone here knew if it is possible. Otherwise, thanks anyways.

I have another question:

It needs another mod to run. The Mod is system_return to blockland. Therefore, I need that for it to run, but ain't there is no RTB, how do I download it?
