It's Apple.
Not surprising.

yeah i never do, lol

also just get a forgetin protective case, you can get rubber ones for like 5 bucks or so

or does apple not allow that
they do, but they live by the code of "build to be replaced"
I went through 4-5 chargers for my ipod before I gave up on it, and the iphone is stupidly fragile

So is this actually a confirmed definitely happening thing or are we are just being reactionary and jumping on the hate train?

Really, I'm curious.

You can get rubber cases for them.
Apple has no control on people selling unofficial accessories for their devices.

You can also get just regular leather wallets/cases for them, so that you have a perfect grip on them and don't drop them.

Some people drop them in accidents, like if they trip while holding it, or get knocked into something.
But I also think a lot of people are just stupidly clumsy.

Purely speculation on the fact that Apple has submitted specifications to it's licensing programme for a headphone jack that fits in their Lightning port, combined with the fact that they now own an expensive headphone label.

haha, I know exactly how that goes. Finally got one that is non OEM and requires two little buttons to be pressed on either side before you can unplug it. Haven't had an issue with this one yet...

that's what i was thinking

I dropped my last iphone like 300,000 times and there was not a scratch on it. Like I wold literally have to throw it at a concrete wall screen first for it to crack.

My current one I got I December and I'm up to about 30 drops. No scratches.

do you have parkinsons

I drop it a lot at work. A jet will just randomly come in and I'll have to sprint out onto the ramp from a comfy position on a couch.

Ya I've dropped my iFone 5 on the hard floor at the gym and whatnot more times than I really should have and all I've got is a tiny little dent in the metal casing. I don't think I've ever actually broken an electronic device by dropping it.

"Learned" makes you sound like a complete thicky without the ability to enunciate. "Learnt" is the correct spelling.

"Learned" is a word, but it is not the past-tense of "Learn". It's an adjective. "He was a learned man". A man of education.
"If you say "I learned something new today" then you're probably not a learned person".
youre such a loving badass. Please be USAs new president

dialects

i had a ipod touch 4th gen for about a year
physically, it looked untouched - but the battery continued to get worse and worse until it couldn't hold a charge and the screen would push against the screen leaving a mark even with light touches

never buying apple again lol

How about have both options?
There are headphones out there 100000000x better than anything apple has to offer that use a jack
