Again like I said in my above post, randomizer DMs are not fair.  No one joins a randomizer DM for a fair fight.  Also that would not work, if someone is using skype or teamspeak they could just describe their avatar, and tell them where they spawned and whatnot.  That could lead to another rule: no skype or teamspeak.  It just makes more rules people are less likely to read.  No one wants to read a huge list of rules, and I doubt many people could even remember them.

And by the time they describe all they, they'll most likely be dead.

I have done it in the past on other servers,  and I never recall dying as a result of it.  You can talk and play a game at the same time.  That is one of the biggest uses, if not the point, of both skype and teamspeak.

teaming is not a big enough issue to warrant anything but at least one admin whenever there are 5+ people online, which is what any good server does by default anyway

there are a stuff ton of ways to identify players without avatars or chat and nothing you say or do will make it impossible to figure out who is who

well then you better damn well hope the other players getting "shot from all sides at once" are willing to work together to take out those people.
its really just basic strategy, if you can't find a way to counter it well too bad. looks like you need to step your game up.

I would also like to make a proposal to remove Outpact's admin, he doesn't even do anything, people spam and he just sits there while I mute/ban them. Doesn't seem fit enough for admin. Someone should fill his spot.

While I'm indifferent in terms of teaming, I do think there needs to be a better understanding of teaming, for sake of administration:

On the one hand, if Wrapperup and I are together every single round, walking together, etc, THAT would be teaming.

On the other hand, if Wrapperup is trying to run me over and I jump into his tank, that's NOT teaming
if I stay in the tank and shoot while he drives, that's STILL not teaming
if I sit in the tank in the co-pilot seat and do nothing, that's STILL not teaming
That's staying in the tank so you don't get run over or shot.
Honestly, the amount people cry over someone simply being in the same vehicle is ridiculous. It's not like they're doing it every round or that they're even doing it intentionally, it's just trying to survive. If they make it to final 2, then hey they hop out and kill each other, no big deal.
