I was on when Caribou got on, and he asked if anyone wanted to team. I told him that was against the rules.

Personally I don't ban for teaming because it's silly, just kill both of them with an AoE. However, now Cari has stated it like he wasn't aware you couldn't team, even though as an administrator I told him it was against the rules.

Don't you get it? This is not a team death match. Everyone is out there to kill you. You have to fight everyone and everyone has to fight you. You aren't safe anywhere. That's the challenge.

CoD is also a videogame, but there are superfluous teams. BF3 is only a videogame, but it's arguably one of the most intense FPS shooters to date?
It's not about having fear for you life, it's about strategy. If you and the next guy over have stuffty weapons, but you both find a tank, then hey maybe you have a chance.
Honestly, I don't see the issue you're trying to raise. It's not like people who team will have any benefit over those that don't? If two snipers are on one building, it just means I get two kills when I ambush them.

Mike is busy flying jets into tanks, John and Sam are both driving around the far edge of the map trying to snipe people with the Abrams, and loving Sarah is still trying to figure out which button the joystick is.

The point I'm trying to get across, is why does it matter? Let people team, damn, so what. If it was Bushido, Snow and Kalphiter teaming up sure, that would be extremely abusive, but all three of them prefer to fly solo anyways.

i'm not trying to get anyone banned or anything like that. i found two people breaking a rule, so i reported it to the authorities of the server on this thread. god forbid i care about people breaking the rules on this server.
