No, it's not an issue.
Because it's not like I get loveually aroused by a child in my presence, and asking someone to stop being a child enthusiast is the same as asking someone to stop being gay. Studies show that it's irreversible and happens at birth or growing up, just as how your loveuality is determined. You cannot counsel someone to stop being attracted to children just as you can't counsel them to change what gender they're attracted to.
or you know, counseling to help cope with it? or maybe counseling for the multitudes of other stuff that youve told me about
