Srsly it went crazy and then my entire friends list dissapeared except 7 people. I had like 40 people on there including family members.

Send me a FR if you had me on yours.

Steam profile is in my sig.

I'm using pidgin on Linux BTW.

pidgin and other third party clients have a tendency to just not show a bunch of your friends

it doesnt mean they were removed though

A couple months ago my tablet was glitching out big time and the same happened
It left only 1 friend on

I looked on my actual friends list though in the official steam client. It happened just as I logged into pidgin.

I wanted to access my steam friends list and my skype friends list in the same application.
