Really wierd sound outside

So im sitting on my computer right now and i keep hearing this, like, crying sound outside. It sounds somewhat like a human, but also like an animal. From what i have heard i think its a cat but im not sure. Anyone got any ideas of what it might be?

I dont even know, its freaking me out so much right now. My two dogs can even hear it, as they keep looking at my window and stuff.

In the last couple weeks there's been a really aggressive cat in the area which keeps being ... rude to other cats. Lots of unsettling noises at bizarre hours.

one time i was camping with my grandpa and in the middle of the night i could hear something walking outside the tent and i got really scared but my grandpa wouldnt wake up and then the thing outside started talking but it sounded like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkwiQmGWK4c but i knew it wasnt a cat because its foot falls were way too heavy and it just kept saying "hello? hello?". i dont really remember what else happened
