Its hard to diagnose, as it crashes before you can look at the diagnostics.  I'm guessing the conflicts clear after each session.. but that's just a guess.

Also, you had the version of Chromium in the initial OP but it is not there anymore. Please put back.

try looking in
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Google\CrashReports
and see if there are any existing reports.  If so, could you attach the most recent one?
