I wouldn't know since I haven't opened it. But I assume it either just doesn't open or brings up a menu that resembles LOIC a bit but doesn't allow you to really do anything

Also if you look at the informational guides that tell you what IP to input, just from that you can tell it's fake

early on to this stuffty ruse they were doing they had an infographic explaining a bit about their "cause" and then had a bit.ly link that supposedly downloads LOIC. but in the thread that was going at the time they said it wasnt really LOIC and just keylogs people who run it
